摘要
设计了750kV输电工程复合材料杆塔复合横担及其杆件动载下的疲劳试验,研究在不同工况下复合横担高周疲劳试验及低周疲劳试验的现象。结果表明,复合横担及其杆件在不同工况下横担的应变幅值不随负荷加载次数的增加而变化,应变幅值始终处于弹性范围之内,说明复合横担及其杆件的抗疲劳性能优良,具有较强的抗老化能力,能够满足工程要求。
The paper proposes a design of the fatigue test under dynamic load of composite cross-arm and its member for 750 kV transmission project, and investigates the phenomenon of high cycle and low cycle fatigue test with different operating conditions. The results show that the strain amplitude of the composite cross-arm and its member under different operating conditions does not change with the increase of the load loading cycles, and the strain amplitude is always within elastic range, showing that the composite cross- arm and its member is in excellent fatigue resistance, has a strong anti-aging ability, and can meet the demands of engineering apphcations.
