腹腔镜下治疗不孕症合并子宫内膜异位症的妊娠结局及相关因素分析

Pregnancy outcome and related influencing factors of laparoscopy for infertility complicated with endometriosis

目的分析腹腔镜下治疗不孕症合并子宫内膜异位症的妊娠结局及相关因素。方法选取不孕症合并子宫内膜异位症患者150例作为观察对象,均实施腹腔镜手术治疗,对患者术后妊娠结局进行观察,并对相关影响因素进行分析。结果年龄35岁以下者,妊娠率明显高于35岁及以上者;原发性不孕患者术后妊娠率明显高于继发性不孕者;不孕病程3年以下者妊娠率明显高于病程为3年及以上者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妊娠率与病理分型、内膜异位症分期、术后是否使用Gn RH-α无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下治疗不孕症合并子宫内膜异位症患者的妊娠结局与年龄、不孕类型、时间及是否使用促排卵药物具有密切关系。

ObjectiveTo analyze the pregnancy outcome and related influencing factors of laparoscopy for infertility complicated with endometriosis. MethodsA total of 150 patients with infertility complicated with endometriosis were selected as objects. All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery. The postoperative pregnancy outcomes were observed and the related influencing factors were analyzed. ResultsThe pregnancy rate was higher in the patients 〈35 years of age, with primary infertility and 〈3 years of infertility duration compared to the patients≥35 years of age, with secondary infertility and ≥3 years of infertility duration respectively（all P〈0.05）. The pregnancy rate has no significant correlation with pathological type, endometriosis stage, postoperative use of GnRHα（all P〉0.05）. ConclusionFor the patients with infertility complicated with endometriosis undergoing laparoscopy, the pregnancy outcome is closely related to the age, type and duration of infertility, and the use of ovulation stimulating drug.
