弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤的临床探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗脑动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月~2017年1月我院收治的脑动脉瘤患者84例,根据手术方法不同随机分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组实施显微手术夹闭,观察组实施弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);经6个月随访,观察组生活自理能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑动脉瘤患者应用弹簧圈介入栓塞治疗,可有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者生活自理能力,值得临床推广应用。
