摘要
目的:了解2003—2016年北京医院(以下简称"我院")门诊阿卡波糖的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2003—2016年我院门诊阿卡波糖的使用量、销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、限定日费用(defined daily cost,DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:2003—2016年我院门诊使用的阿卡波糖包括2个厂家的产品,分别为阿卡波糖片(拜糖平)、阿卡波糖片(卡博平)。其中,2003—2013年阿卡波糖片(拜糖平)的销售金额呈上升趋势,且远超阿卡波糖片(卡博平),2014—2016年虽仍高于阿卡波糖片(卡博平),但整体呈下降趋势;阿卡波糖片(卡博平)的销售金额处于相对平稳增长的状态。2014年来,阿卡波糖片(拜糖平)和阿卡波糖片(卡博平)的DDDs均呈持续增长趋势,且前者的DDDs一直远远高于阿卡波糖片(卡博平);两者的DDC呈平稳下降趋势。结论:我院门诊阿卡波糖的使用基本合理,符合口服降糖药的使用原则。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of acarbose in outpatient of Beijing Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital" ), so as to provide references for clinical rational medication. METHODS : Data of usage amount, consumption sum, defined daily dose system (DDDs) and defined daily cost (DDC) of aearbose in outpatient in our hospital during 2003-2016 were collected and analyzed. RESULTS: The acarbose applied in outpatient in our hospital during 2003-2016 were from two different manufacturers, respectively were Acarbose tablets (Baitangping) and Acarbose tablets (Kaboping). The consumption sum of Acarbose tablets (Baitangping) during 2003-2013 presented and increasing trend, which was far more than that of the Aearbose tablets (Kaboping), while the consumption sum of Aearbose tablets (Baitangping) during 2014-2016 was in a decreasing yet still more than that of the Acarbose tablets (Kaboping) ; the consumption sum of Acarbose tablets (Kaboping) remained a relative smooth increasing. Since 2014, the DDDs of both kinds of acarbose showed sustained growth, and the DDDs of Acarbose tablets (Baitangping) was far more higher than that of the Acarbose tablets (Kaboping) ; the DDC of both kinds of acarbose were in a steady decreasing. CONCLUSIONS: The application of aearbose in outpatients in our hospital is basically rational, which is in conformity with the using principle of oral hypoglycemic drugs.
