分析轧辊异常报废、正常报废、磨削的消耗情况,从降低异常报废、磨削量及修复支承辊等方面着手,提出了降低轧辊辊耗的方向。从工作辊年承包、涡流探伤、修复支承辊等方面进行了实践,并取得了明显的降成本效果。

This paper analyzes abnormal roll scrapping, normal scrapping and grinding consumption of rolls, and puts forward the direction of roll consumption reduction from the aspects of reducing abnormal scrapping, lessening grinding amount and repairing backing-up roll.Measures are taken from work roll annual contracting, eddy current testing, and backing-up roll repairing etc, and cost is significantly reduced.
