柳钢蓄热式加热炉烧嘴改造和优化

Burner Modification and Optimization of Regenerative Reheating Furnace in Liuzhou Steel

摘要 从蓄热式加热炉的烧嘴结构、控制手段等方面对烧嘴冒烟、炉内气氛波动大、煤耗偏高等问题进行了分析。通过改造烧嘴结构、增加一次风燃烧功能、优化各加热段烟气流量控制模式和空燃比半自动控制模式等,提高了烧嘴燃烧的稳定性和钢温均匀性,降低了煤气消耗。 From aspects of burner structure and control method of regenerative heating furnace, problems such as burner smoke, atmosphere fluctuation and high coal consumption were analyzed in this thesis. Through measures such as modification of burner structure, an increase of air combustion, optimization of control model for flue gas flow of each heating section and improvement of air-fuel ratio semi automatic control model, the burner combustion stability is significantly improved, steel temperature uniformity is greatly increased and gas consumption is highly reduced.
