摘要
运用体视显微镜、金相显微镜、电子探针对1215MS加工好的成品表面针孔缺陷进行分析和研究。结果表明,气泡或气泡携带夹杂物脱落、轧钢温度偏低造成的微裂纹、用户加工时异物压入等是造成成品表面针孔缺陷的原因。采用对症措施,优化连铸工艺,窄带化控制轧钢温度,以及用户在研磨工序采取相应措施,降低了此问题的发生率,用户使用满意。
The pinhole defects of finished products made from 1215MS were analyzed and studied by using stereoscopic microscope, metallographic microscope and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) .The results show that the reasons for the pinhole defects on the finished surface are bubbles or inclusions carried by bubbles that fall off, small cracks caused by low roiling temperature, and foreign bodies pressed-in during the user's processing etc. Thus, special measures such as optimizing continuous casting process and narrow-banding control of rolling temperature were adopted. And together with the corresponding actions taken by users in grinding process, the incidence of this problem was reduced and the users were satisfied.
