摘要
棒材生产线?18 mm规格成品存在周期性的波浪弯缺陷,严重影响产品质量及生产效率,经排查确认提速后穿水阻力的增加是造成波浪弯的直接原因。本文重点分析了波浪弯的形成及分布规律,从提高成品的抗弯能力、降低穿水阻力入手,针对性地制定工艺优化措施,最终消除了?18 mm规格的波浪弯缺陷。
Periodic wave bending of Ф18 mm products manufactured by bar production line seriously affect product quality and production efficiency. With investigation, it is confirmed that the increase of water resistance is the direct cause of wave bending. This paper focused on the analysis of formation and distribution of wave bending. In order to improve products' anti-bending ability and reduce water resistance, targeted process optimization has been done, and wave bending defect of Ф 18 mm product was eliminated.
