CSP硅钢轧制负荷再分配相关性研究

On Rolling Load Redistribution of CSP Silicon Steel

摘要 武钢CSP硅钢产量不断提升,由于同宽轧制的特点,硅钢断面不良的问题逐步显现。本文介绍了现有的几种断面不良问题,分析了其形成原因,并优化了原西马克二级负荷分配方案;工艺调整后,从等比例凸度控制能力、窜辊及轧辊磨损角度分析,发现硅钢板型良好且轧辊磨损、硅钢凸度、楔形精度、断面控制都有了较大的提升。 With the increase of silicon steel output of CSP Wuhan Steel, the problem of bad cross section gets more obvious due to the characteristics of same-width rolling. This study introduced several kinds of bad cross sections, analyzed the causes and optimized original SMS L2 load distribution plan. After process optimization, analysis was done in the controlling of equal proportional convexity, roll shifting and roll wearing, and the results show that profile of silicon steel is good, roll wearing, convexity, wedge precision and cross section control are all improved.
