右旋糖酐铁注射液对雌雄性新西兰家兔注射部位吸收效果的比较

Comparison Iron Dextran Injection Available Absorption between Male and Female Rabbits

目的考查右旋糖酐铁注射液对雌、雄家兔铁的吸收度,并对测定结果进行比较和评价。方法选用新西兰家兔右后腿进行股内肌注射,采用自身空白对照法设置对照组,肉眼观察肌肉着色情况,用紫外分光光度法测定铁的吸收度,分别计算出雌雄新西兰家兔未吸收铁的含量;对家兔每日的饮食量进行称量,所有数据采用平均值±标准差(x珋±s),组间比较采用t检验。结果雌性新西兰家兔比雄兔对右旋糖酐铁的铁吸收更好,而且注射部位染色能力及在组织中扩散均小,对雌性家兔日均饮食量无显著影响;雄性家兔在第5天、第6天饮食量与雌性差异有统计学意义。结论不同性别的家兔对右旋糖酐铁注射液的铁的吸收度存在明显的差别,雌性新西兰家兔铁吸收优于雄性新西兰家兔,两者有统计学差异(P<0.05),与雌性家兔日均饮食量比较,右旋糖酐铁对雄性家兔饮食的作用差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示右旋糖酐铁的疗效与动物性别有关,临床上应加强对铁注射液的合理选择及应用。

Objective To research the Iron Dextran Injection absorption of male and female rabbits, Compare and evalute the result of the measurement. Method New Zealand Rabbits were injected at the femoral muscle of the right hind legs. Blank control by itself is the control group. Observation muscle staining and determination the absorbances of samples by UV spectrphotometry. Calculation the absorbances. Weighed daily diet of rabbits. All data using the mean ＋ standard deviation（~ _＋ s） , comparison using t test. Result It was show that female rabbits iron absorption is better, the dyeing ability of the injection site and the diffusion in the tissue were smaller. Daily diet has statistically significant from fifth days. Conclution There has quite different in the aspect of iron absorption in gender. Female rabbits iron absorption is better then male （P 〈 0.05）. Amount daily diet of rabbits has statistically significant between male and female. Iron absorptivity is relation in gender. We should reasonable selection and application of iron injection in clinic.
