摘要
目的了解上海、江苏实验大鼠和小鼠绿脓杆菌的感染状况及血清型分布情况。方法 2013年7月—2015年5月,从上海、江苏59个实验动物设施采集实验大鼠和小鼠的回盲部内容物进行绿脓杆菌分离、细菌形态、生化特性、16S rRNA基因序列和血清型分析。结果从20个设施分离到67株绿脓杆菌,生化鉴定和PCR试验结果均符合绿脓杆菌特征。血清型分析显示E型(17株,占25.4%)和B型(14株,占20.9%)为主要血清型。结论本地区实验大鼠和小鼠存在绿脓杆菌感染,血清型分布较分散,无明显的流行特征。
Objective Investigate the epidemic characteristics and serotypes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from laboratory rat and mice in Shanghai and Jiangsu province. Method Total 67 isolates were obtained from 59 laboratory animal facilities from July 2013 to May 2015. The isolates were identified and characterized by morphological observation, biochemical characterizations, sequences analysis of 16S rRNA gene and serotype. Result All of 67 strains of isolates from 20 laboratory animal facilities were gram negative, biochemical identification and PCR test result conform to the characteristics of pseudomonas aeruginosa. Serotype result showed that the major serotype was E (25.4%) and B-type (20. 9 ). Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection existed in laboratory rats and mice of Shanghai and Jiangsu province. The distribution is dispersed, no obvious prevalent characteristics could be found.
