不孕症患者性生活体验的质性研究

A qualitative research on sexual experience in infertile patients

目的深入了解不孕症患者性生活的真实感受和体验，为临床制订护理措施提供切实可行的依据。方法2016年4—10月采用个人深度访谈法访谈了不孕症患者13例。将获得的资料进行分析、整理和归纳出主题。结果共形成5个分类主题：正常的性需求与性压抑；性行为改变及满意度降低；自卑、自责与愧疚感；婚姻关系的不确定感；渴望信息与情感支持。结论医护人员应关注女性不孕症患者对性的态度，加强健康教育、制订个性化的护理干预措施，纠正性心理偏差，促进患者配偶性健康教育知识水平的提高，提供有效家庭、社会情感支持，从而促进患者夫妻双方生命质量的提高。

Objective To explore the sex experience of infertile women and provide feasible basis for clinical nursing measures.
