摘要
目的评估一种复合过氧乙酸消毒剂的遗传毒性。方法采用中国仓鼠肺成纤维细胞(CHL)染色体畸变试验和小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,检测和评价该复合过氧乙酸消毒剂的染色体损伤毒性。结果在加入和未加入S9活化系统的条件下,该过氧乙酸消毒剂在4~500μg/ml剂量范围内的染色体数目和结构畸变率均<5%。受试物各剂量组与阴性对照相比,动物骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率无显著性差异(P>0.05),动物骨髓嗜多染红细胞与正染红细胞的比值(PCE/NCE)也无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论该过氧乙酸消毒剂无明显遗传毒性。
Objective To assess the genotoxicity of a peracetic acid disinfectant. Methods In vitro chromosome aberration assay and in vivo micronucleus assays were performed to detect and assess the toxicity of chromosome damage.Results The result of chromosome aberration assay showed that the aberration rates of CHL chromosomes induced by this disinfectant were all lower than 5% in dosages between 4 and 500 μg/ml with or without S9 activation system. The results of micronucleus assays in mice showed that there were no difference of the micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocyte cells between the disinfectant groups and negative control( P 0. 05),so was the ratio of PCE/NCE. Conclusion The peracetic acid disinfectant has no obvious genotoxicity.
