摘要
目的研究观察一种催化氧化型消毒剂的相关性能及应用可行性。方法通过特种危化品液液消毒试验、悬液和载体定量杀菌试验、腐蚀性全浸试验观察该消毒剂的危化品洗消性能、消毒性能以及腐蚀性能。结果该催化氧化型消毒剂活性氧含量达到3.5%,对HD的洗消率达到99%以上;对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌菌悬液作用10 s或对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用1 min,具有有效的杀灭能力;作用10 s能有效杀灭纱布片、纸片、棉布片载体上的大肠杆菌;作用20 s能有效杀灭3种载体上金黄色葡萄球菌;而对纱布、棉布上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭时间约需要1 min;纸片上则需要20 min。温度(25±1)℃条件下,消毒剂对不锈钢无腐蚀,对铜基本无腐蚀,对碳钢、铝达到轻度腐蚀等级。结论该催化氧化型消毒剂具有良好的危化品洗消性能、杀菌性能和使用安全性,易于推广应用。
Objective To study the performance and application feasibility of a catalytic oxidation disinfectant. Methods The decontamination performance,disinfection performance and corrosion resistance of the disinfectant were observed by liquid-liquid disinfection method,suspension or carrier quantitative germicidal method and corrosive immersion method.Results The results showed that when the reactive oxygen species content reached more than 3. 5%,the disinfectant had good disinfection properties for special hazardous chemical HD. The disinfectant had effective ability with disinfection for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed for 10 s or Bacillus subtilis exposed for 1 min. The disinfectant could effectively kill the Escherichia coli in gauze,cotton cloth,paper carrier by 10 s and could effectively kill the Staphylococcus aureus in 3 carriers by 20 s. The disinfectant could effectively kill the bacillus subtilis var. niger,spore in gauze and cotton cloth by 1 min but needed 20 min in paper. Under the condition of temperature( 25 ± 1) ℃,the disinfectant had non corrosion for stainless steel,essentially non corrosion for copper,mild corrosion for carbon steel and aluminum.Conclusion The catalytic oxidation disinfectant has good decontamination performance,bactericidal property and safety performance. So it is easy to be popularized and applied.
