摘要
目的观察一种脉冲紫外光杀菌仪对细菌的杀灭效果,为实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用理化分析法测定辐照强度。进行载体定量杀菌试验及现场试验检测杀菌性能。结果脉冲紫外光杀菌仪在248 nm处辐照度值为513μW/cm^2。距离5 cm、照射5 min和距离15 cm、照射30 min,对不锈钢载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌平均杀灭对数值>3.00;距离5 cm、照射30 min,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值>3.00;距离5 cm、照射5 min,对木质油漆桌面上自然菌的杀灭对数值>1.00。结论该种脉冲紫外光杀菌仪在一定照射条件下对细菌繁殖体、细菌芽孢及物体表面自然菌有良好的杀菌作用,适于现场消毒使用。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a kind of pulsed ultraviolet instrument for providing the basis for disinfection application. Methods Physicochemical analysis method was used to detect the UV radiation intensity. Carrier quantitative germicidal test and field test were used to detect the bactericidal effect of the pulsed ultraviolet light.Results The UV radiation intensity of pulsed ultraviolet light was 513 μW/cm^2 on 248 nm. When the radiation time was5 min at 5 cm and 30 min at 15 cm vertically with the pulsed ultraviolet light,the average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa on the carriers were above 3. 00. When the radiation time was 30 min at 5 cm,the average killing logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spore on the carrier was higher than 3. 00.When the radiation time was 5 min at 5 cm,the killing logarithm values of natural bacteria on the table top was higher than 1. 00. Conclusion The pulsed ultraviolet light has good bactericidal effect on bacteria,spores and natural bacteria of surface,which is suitable especially for on-site disinfection.
