Monitoring and analysis of disinfection quality of medical institutions at different levels in Xiaoshan Hangzhou

摘要 目的了解杭州市某区各级医疗机构的消毒效果,探讨消毒灭菌中存在的问题,为加强医疗机构消毒管理提供依据。方法采用现场采样和微生物检测方法,对杭州市萧山区各级医疗机构的消毒质量进行检测与分析。结果 2014-2016年共采集各级医疗机构不同消毒对象标本1 747份,消毒质量总体合格率为91.4%。不同监测对象中,无菌器械灭菌合格率为98.1%,不同年份间消毒合格率存在显著差异,以2014年最低。不同项目间总合格率存在显著差异,医疗污水处理合格率和口腔科医疗用水卫生质量合格率均比较低,其他监测对象的合格率均达到92%以上。不同类型医疗机构中,以民营医院和个体诊所的消毒质量合格率较低。结论杭州市萧山区各级医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,但无菌器械质量合格率有待提高,医疗用水卫生质量值得关注。 Objective To study the disinfection efficacy of medical institutions at different levels in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou,and to discuss the problems existing in disinfection and sterilization,so as to provide basis for effective prevention and control of hospital infection. Methods Field sampling and microbiological examinations were used to analyze the disinfection quality of different medical institutions at different levels during 2014 to 2016 years in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou city. Results The overall pass rate of 1 747 disinfectant samples was 91. 4%. There was significant difference in disinfection rate between different years,and the rate of disinfection was lowest in 2014,and significant difference in the total pass rate between different projects,The qualified rates of other monitoring objects were above 92%. The rate of compliance was lowest among private hospitals and individual clinics were lower than others among different health care institutions.Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou was generally well. The qualified rates of sterile instruments should be improved and the quality of medical water should be focused.
