摘要
在底盘测功机上使用车载排放检测设备进行试验,研究发动机供油系统参数对整车NO_x排放的影响,通过采用控制挡位和固定车速的方法,改变供油系统轨压、喷油角与预喷量中的一个参数,测量NO_x排放量,在满足车辆动力性的前提下研究减少车辆NO_x排放的策略,确定供油系统参数。结果表明:NO_x排放量随着喷油角的增大呈现逐渐增大趋势,随着轨压增加而增大,随着预喷量的增加而增大。动力性和NO_x排放综合考虑,在原有参数数据供油提前角增加3°,NO_x增加11.9%,轨压增加1 MPa,NO_x增加11.6%,预喷量增加1mg,NO_x增加8.7%,发动机性能较好。
The impact of engine fuel supply system parameters on vehicle emissions of NOx is investigated via experiments applying on-board emission test equipment on chassis dynamometer. By using the gear control and fixed speed, changing one of the parameters of the rail pressures of the fuel supply system, fuel injection angles and pre injection quantities, the NOx emission is measured, the reduction strategies under the premise of ensuring the dynamic performance of the vehicle are studied, and the parameters of fuel supply system are determined. The results show that the NOx emission increases with the increase of injection angle, increases with the increase of rail pressure, and decreases with the increase of the jet pressure. Considering the power and NOx emissions, the fuel supply advance angle increased by 3 degrees, the NOx increased by 11.9% correspondingly;the rail pressure increased by 1Mpa,the NOx increased by 11.6% correspondingly;the pre injection increased by lmg,the NOx increased by 8.7% correspondingly,and the engine performance was better.
