摘要 着火时刻控制是HCCI发动机的核心问题,是保障HCCI发动机高热效率、低NOx、CO排放的关键。分析了汽油燃料HCCI燃烧控制所面临的问题,阐述了影响着火时刻的主要因素。围绕HCCI燃烧的着火时刻无法直接控制、工作范围窄这两大问题,说明了废气再循环、进气加热、预喷射对HCCI循环控制的影响。给出了HCCI燃烧控制的主要调控变量,讨论了各种着火时刻检测方法的利弊,列举了常用的控制器结构。针对HCCI燃烧闭环控制,分析了各种面向控制模型的特点。 As a core research field in the development of homogeneous charge compression ignition engines, Ignition time control is the key factor to ensure high efficiency and low NOx and CO emissions. In this paper, two major problems, such as the direct control of the burning timing and the narrow working range, indicate the influence of EGR, inlet heating and pre injection on the HCCI cycle control. The main control variables of HCCI combustion control are given. The advantages and disadvantages of various ignition timing detection methods are discussed, and the common controller structures are listed. In view of HCCI combustion closed loop control, the characteristics of various control oriented models are analyzed.
