预燃室对天然气发动机稀薄燃烧的作用及其参数设计 被引量:7

摘要 稀薄燃烧是一种兼顾节能和减排的新型燃烧模式。首先介绍了传统点燃式发动机稀薄燃烧的着火和燃烧特点,进而探讨了预燃室系统对天然气稀薄燃烧着火、燃烧过程以及排放性能的影响。此外针对天然气发动机预燃室系统的设计,比较分析了国内外研究预燃室结构参数和布置参数对燃烧和排放的影响规律,旨在为天然气发动机新机型的开发过程中对预燃室的设计提供合理的参考。 Lean-burn in internal combustion engine(ICE )is supposed to be a kind of mode both with energy conservation and emission reduction. The ignition and combustion character of traditional Spark-ICE in lean-burn mode are introduced, and the effect of pre-chamber system to the process of ignition, combustion and emission generation during natural gas combustion is discussed. After that, domestic and foreign research around the pre-chamber parameters of construction and arrangement have been discussed, which is supposed to be reference for research and development(R&D) of new natural gas engines.
