MRI与TRUS联合定位穿刺活检在PSA灰区患者前列腺癌诊断中的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目前临床上术前确诊前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)的首选方法是前列腺穿刺活检。最常用的是经直肠超声(transrectal ultrasound,TRUS)12针系统穿刺,然而这种方法并不能显著提高PCa的检出率,人们不得不寻求新的方法来提高活检阳性率。多参数MRI是目前公认的诊断PCa的最佳影像学技术,其灵敏度及特异度较高,灵敏度为85%~90%,特异度为88%~100%[1]。
