Research on Economic Transformation and Upgrading in Dongguan under the New Normal

本文梳理分析了东莞近年来推进经济转型升级的主要举措和相应成效,并构建一个经济转型升级绩效评价体系,对珠三角、长三角各城市的转型升级综合绩效进行比较评估。研究认为,东莞通过建立一个市场主导和政府有为有效结合、国际国内创新要素有效聚集、民间创新创业活力有效激发的发展模式,有力推进了经济持续发展升级,为国内其他城市提供了有益的启示借鉴。

This paper analyzes the main measures and achievements of Dongguan＇s economic transformation and upgrading in recent years, and constructs a performance evaluation system of economic transformation and up-grading, in order to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the transformation and upgrading of the cities in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. This paper considers that Dongguan can successfully promote eco-nomic development and upgrading, is due to set up a development model, that is the effective combination of market leading and government, gathering international and domestic innovation elements, and stimulating the entrepreneurial vitality of civil society. That provides a useful reference for other cities in china.
