摘要
本文以双因素理论为基础,以华为公司的"奋斗者协议"为切入点,分析了华为公司在激励因素和保健因素之间的冲突和取舍,提示企业重视两类因素对员工的影响,不应顾此失彼。
Begin with "pre-achiever application ", this paper anylysis the conflicts and trade-offs between hygiene factors and motivation factors in Huawei. It concluded that enterprises should pay attention to both factors for the influence to employee.
