“一带一路”背景下的海洋非物质文化遗产的传承及产业化发展的创新研究——以舟山海洋非遗文化传承为例

The Research on the Inheritance and Industrialization of Marine Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Background of "the Belt and Road"——Take Zhoushan Ocean Immateriality Culture Relic Inherit as Example

随着国家"一带一路"政策的提出,"一带一路"背景下的海洋经济又重新焕发了生命力,海洋经济中具有很大发展潜力的当是海洋非物质文化遗产,对海洋非物质文化遗产进行传承使其进行产业化的发展,进而推陈出新已经成为当前发展的重点。本文以舟山渔民画为例,从渔民画的发展历程探讨有关海洋非物质文化遗产的传承与发展,海洋非物质文化遗产走产业化道路的可行性,以及产业化道路中创新的必要性,在响应国家号召的前提下,鼓励个人及企业进行创新,使海洋非物质文化遗产经济在"一带一路的"这块礁石上撞击出更大更美的浪花。

With the propose of the national ＂The Belt and Road＂policy, ＂The Belt and Road ＂under the background of marine economy again full of vitality, has a great potential for the development of marine economy in the development of marine intangible cultural heritage, inheritance and development of the industrialization of intangible marine cultural heritage and innovation, has become the focus of the current development. This paper takes Zhoushan fisherman painting as an example, to explore the inheritance and development of the in-tangible marine cultural heritage from the development of the marine fishermen paintings, the feasibility of the intangible cultural heritage industrialization, and the necessity of innovation industrialization road,in response to the call of the country under the premise, to encourage individuals and enterprises to innovate the ocean, the intangible cultural heritage of economic impact of more and more beautiful waves in the rock＂Belt and Road Initiative ＂.
