青岛重点海岛差异性开发策略研究

青岛近日出台了《青岛市海岛保护规划(2014-2020)》,并组织实施。《规划》中将田横岛、小管岛、大管岛等七个有居民海岛以及小麦岛、脱岛2个无居民海岛作为近期重点开发利用海岛。这九座岛同时被赋予了更高的使命。由于在以往的海岛开发中,海岛的开发层次较低,海岛旅游缺乏有个性的包装和品牌策划,不同海岛旅游产品与项目之间重复雷同现象严重,海岛旅游资源利用率低下。因此,本文根据这九座岛不同的特征与各自的海岛资源优势,对不同的岛提出不同的开发特色建议,建议每座岛根据自身的资源特点与优势进行"扬长"式开发,而不同的海岛之间要进行差异化发开,不同岛要突出特色,而不是为了旅游产品的"全"而开发,希望对今后的海岛开发具有一定帮助。

《Qingdao Island conservation planning 》（2.14-2020） was published recently and being put into effect. Seven islands where residents live, such Tianheng Island, Xiaoguan Island and Daguan Island as well as Xiaomai Island, Tuo Island, two islands where no residents live are being developed and utilized recently, so these nine islands are given more important mission. Since the level of island development is relatively low,island tourist lacks special package and brand planning, different island tourist products and projects are similar seriously, and the efficiency in tour resources of Qingdao islands is low in the past. This thesis will put forward different development features to each island according to distinct characteristics and resource superiority. I suggest that each island makes the best use of its features of islands and advantages and dif-ferent islands should be developed diversely. Different islands should highlight their features, not be de-veloped for all kinds of tourist products. I hope that this thesis can help the development of island tourist in the near future1
