基于相貌吸引力的主管初始信任研究

摘要 随着社会的发展,新工作关系的普及迫切需要主管与员工之间快速建立信任。员工相貌偏见的存在,使得具有不同相貌吸引力的主管在建立主管初始信任时具有显著差异。在组织情境下,基于主管相貌吸引力的主管初始信任主要受到主管相貌吸引力、员工个人特征、主管声誉、组织特征等因素的共同影响。文章最后提出了具备不同相貌吸引力的主管如何在一段新工作关系开始时快速建立高水平的主管初始信任的对策。 With the development of society and the popularization of new work relationship, it is urgent for managers and employees to build trust quickly.The presence of employee's appearance bias makes the directors with different facial attractiveness have significant differences in setting up their initial trust.In the organizational context, the initial trust of the supervisor based on the attractiveness of the director is mainly affected by the factors such as supervisor's attractiveness, employee 's personal characteristics, supervisor's reputation and organizational characteristics.At the end of this paper, it is proposed that how di-rectors with different attractiveness attract a high level of initial trust at the beginning of a new job rela-tionship.
