摘要
随着医疗卫生体制改革的深入,"互联网+"成为深化医改重要技术手段,以三医联动、医药分开、分级诊疗为核心的健康中国建设,逐步上升为国家战略。本文对"互联网+医疗"这一新生诊疗手段的发展前景、应用状况、接受程度、市场管理,及其相应法律法规建设等内容进行了系统分析,并提出加大基础设施建设、加强网络应用教育、促进资源融合开发利用、强化监管净化医疗市场、完善互联网医疗相关法律建设对策,以进一步促进互联网医疗健康有序发展,更好地服务社会,助力健康中国建设。
With the deepening of health system reform,Internet-plus has become the important means of deepening the reform. The construction of healthy China as the core of linking health care,medicine and medical treatment,separating dispensing from prescription,grading treatment gradually become national strategy. The prospects,application,acceptance,market management,the corresponding laws and regulations of internet plus health care were analyzed in this paper. Some countermeasures were put forward,such as increasing of infrastructure,strengthening the application of network education,promoting the integration of resources development and utilization,strengthening the supervision of the purification of medical market,the improvement of the medical legal construction to further promote the healthy and orderly development of medical internet,it better serves the community to help the construction of Health China.
