长期系统应用糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂治疗重度特应性皮炎副作用较大,生物制剂具有更高的安全性,本文就近年来生物制剂治疗重度特应性皮炎的研究进展作一综述。

There are a lot of adverse effects of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants in the treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis（ AD）. Biological agents are more safe. The update of the biological agents in the treatment of AD is reviewed in this paper.
