近年来,有证据表明白三烯在特应性皮炎的发病机制中有一定作用,并有学者试用白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗特应性皮炎,孟鲁司特是白三烯受体拮抗剂中最具代表性药物,本文就孟鲁斯特在特应性皮炎中的研究进展作一综述。

In recent years,evidence has showed that leukotrienes play a role in the pathogenesis of AD.Montelukast,one of leukotrienes receptor antagonists,has been used to treat the patients with AD. The update of montelukast in the treatment of AD was reviewed in this paper.
