摘要
富氧顶吹熔融还原炼铁技术能够解决焦煤匮乏和环境污染两大难题,其系统能量利用效率的高低也是一个重要的参数指标。为进一步挖掘其系统的节能潜力,以概念为基础,基于热力学第一定律和第二定律,通过对系统开展分析,建立分析模型,分析该炼铁工序的效率和损失,指出了节能的方向和途径。结果表明,该计算效率为91.36%,损失主要为内部损失和外部损失,针对不同的能量损失,提出了针对性节能措施。
The shortage of coking coal and environmental pollution can be solved by oxygen enrichment top-blown smelting reduction ironmaking technology. The system energy efficiency is an important parameter. In order to further explore the energy saving potential of the system,based on the concept of exergy and the first and second law of thermodynamics,exergy analysis and the exergy analysis model is established,the exergy efficiency and the exergy loss in the system of ironmaking is analyzed and the direction and path of energy conservation are described. The results show that the exergy efficiency value is 91.36% and the main exergy loss is internal and external.According to different energy loss,we put forward specific energysaving measures.
