摘要
针对现阶段铜渣贫化存在的问题,试图通过气化脱硫-还原贫化新思路达到深度贫化的目的。本文对于前期的脱硫进行基础的实验研究,考察通入空气量,反应温度对脱硫效果的影响,用实验验证FactSage模拟结果,得到理论上脱硫率与温度和喷吹气体量的关系。实验中,设置3组温度变量和6组喷吹量变量。结果显示,25L的通气量和1 350℃下,铜渣中的硫能有效脱除,脱硫率达到98%以上。
In view of the problems existing in the dilution of copper slag at present stage,this paper attempts to achieve the purpose of deep dilution through the new idea of gasification, desulfurization and reduction and dilution. Experimental study on this basis for the desulfurization,effects of inlet air quantity,the effect of reaction temperature on desulfurization efficiency,simulation experiment is used to validate the Fact Sage,get the theoretical relationship between the amount of gas blowing desulfurization rate with temperature and spray. In the experiment,3 sets of temperature variables and 6 groups of injection variables were set up. The results showed that ventilation 25 L and1350 degrees C,copper in slag can effectively remove sulfur,desulfurization rate of 98%.
