摘要
为探索新能源的利用,实现烟叶烘烤的节能环保和提质增效,进行了本试验。结果表明,利用空气源热泵进行烟叶烘烤,其公斤干烟耗电量平均为2.19k W·h,千克干烟能耗成本平均为1.23元/kg,较燃煤密集烤房降低了0.17元/kg,降低了12.37%;采用生物质颗粒燃料烘烤设备进行烟叶烘烤,其千克干烟耗生物质颗粒量为1.35kg,千克干烟耗电量为0.41k W·h,能耗成本为1.52元/kg;较燃煤密集烤房增加0.12元/kg,增加了8.35%。采用两种新能源供热,烟叶烘烤过程干球温度控制较为精准,有利于烘烤工艺的落实,提高烟叶烘烤质量,其上等烟比例和均价较燃煤烘烤有不同程度的提高;同时,采用新能源烘烤,可减少用工量和排放量,空气源热泵实现零排放,生物质颗粒燃料的有害气体排放明显降低。
In order to explore the use of new energy sources to achieve energy saving environmental protection and improving guality and efficiency of tobacco baking,the experiment was carried out. The results show that during use air sources heat pump go on the tobacco baking,its average energy consumption is 2.19 k W·h/kg,and comesponding energy consumption cost is 1.23 yuan/kg,as compared with coal-fired thicket ary charber,it reduce 0.17 yuan/kg,namely reduce 12.37%;if usd biomass pellet fuel baking equipment for tobacco baking,the biomass particles consumption guantity is 1.35 kg,its energy consumption is 0.41 k W·h/kg,the energy costs is 1.52 yuan/kg,in comparison with coal-fired thicket ary chamber,it increase to 0.12 yuan/kg,namely increase to 8.35%. Use both new energy cources heating,in the process of tobacco baking,the temperature control is relatively accurate,helpful to implement of the baking technology and impluving the tobacco baking gualigy,its upper tobacco proportion and average costs have different degrees enbancement;at the same time,the use of new energy sources baking can reduce amount of labor and emissions quantity,air sources heat pump can achieve zero emissions, harmfur gases emission of biomass particles fuel significantly reduce.
