基于功率圆图的电弧炉最佳工作点测量和分析技术

摘要 电极调节控制技术是电弧炉冶炼过程控制的一个关键技术,其控制效果直接影响电弧炉的电能消耗、冶炼周期等重要经济性能指标。在基于功率圆图的基础上介绍一种电弧炉最佳工作点捕捉和分析的方法。通过找到电弧炉的最佳工作点,使电极调节系统能够实时的修正设定电流值,从而迅速的让电弧电流随炉况的变化迅速的达到新的平衡点并保持电极的稳定。从而达到节能降耗,提高生产效率,减轻了对电网的干扰,避免电极折断的事故发生的效果。 As a key technology of the process control for electric arc furnace(EAF),the electrode regulating control technology can directly affect the power consumption and tap-to-tap time which are important performance and economic indices. In this paper,based on the power circle diagram,a method of the optimal working point of electric arc furnace is introduced. By finding the optimal working point of the electric arc furnace,the electrode regulating system is capable of real-time correction of the set current value,so as to quickly make changes with the arc current furnace rapidly reach a new balance and maintain the stability of the electrode. Therefore,the utility model can save energy and reduce consumption,improve the production efficiency,reduce the interference to the power grid,and avoid the effect of the accident of the electrode breakage.
