西南地区高校图书馆开放存取资源建设调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Construction of Open Access Resources of Academic Libraries in Southwest China

从开放存取资源的界定、分类、维护、描述等,对西南地区137所高校图书馆的开放存取资源建设情况进行调查和分析。研究表明,西南地区高校图书馆在开放存取资源建设方面存在资源认知不一、资源缺乏维护、省市间建设不平衡、资源描述不规范等问题。针对这些问题,提出加大宣传力度、搭建区域资源共享平台等建议。

From the perspectives of the definition, classification, maintenance, description and so on, this paper investigates and analyzes the construction of open access resources by 137 academic libraries in the Southwest of China. On the base of discussing about various problems,such as different cognition on open access resource,lack of maintenance,imbalance of construction between regions,and nonstardard description,several suggestions are put forward,such as increasing publicity efforts,building a regional resource sharing platform,etc.
