摘要
文章在线调查了当前国内各省(自治区、直辖市)、"985工程"院校图书馆结合不同类型平台开展的社交媒体服务。通过对用户问卷调查的方式,了解图书馆参考咨询中社交媒体使用情况以及用户对图书馆信息服务需求的状况。借助社交媒体平台,图书馆将为用户提供更加丰富、便捷的服务。在图书馆参考咨询服务时可以通过微博向用户发布信息,通过微信向用户推广资源和服务,同时积极探寻用户的信息需求,培养社交媒体的咨询人员。
The paper makes an online survey of the social media services provided by the public libraries of province,autonomousregion or municipality directly under the Central Governmentand the Project 985 university libraries in China. Through questionnaire,the author knows the social media application in library reference and the users' demands for information services. With the help of the social media platform,libraries will provide more abundant and convenient services. In the reference,the microblogcan be used to release information and the We Chat can be used to promote the resources and services for users. The library should also actively explore the users ' needs and train the social media consultants.
