摘要
"60后"准老年群体因其国家社会、经济、婚爱、生育、受教育水平、新技术接受等方面区别于"50后""70后""80后""90后"人群,是时代变迁过程中的特殊一代人,他们将是"互联网+"媒介融合时代下未来老年人的主体,其媒介信息素养将决定老龄化社会的质量和内容,因此,解决其媒介信息问题,对其进行媒介信息素养培育,将改善其面对新媒介环境的能力结构和内容。目前,国内外对老年人媒介信息素养的研究多聚焦于社会参与、需求与培育,但缺乏对这一特殊群体的中国化研究,为此,文章积极探索"60后"准老年群体媒介信息研究的目标设定、技术路线和研究内容,试图构建政府、社会、社区、媒体、企业与子女多方参与的媒介素养联动机制,并在实施过程中制定相应的标准。
The post-60 s aged groups,who are different from the post-50 s,post-70 s,post-80 s and post-90 s in the aspects of the development of the country and the society, the marriage, the fertility, education level and new technology accepting,are the special generation in the change of the times,and will be the main body of the agedin the futurein the integration era of Internet +,and their media information literacy will determine the quality and content of the aging society. Therefore,the solution to theirproblem of media information and the related literacy cultivation will improve the structure and contents of the information environment faced by them. At present,the research on the media information literacy for the elderly at home and abroad focuses on social participation,the demand and the cultivation,but lacks of that on the special groups in China. To this end,the article actively explores the goals for information research of the aged,technical route, and research content, aiming at building a linkage mechanism involved in the government,society,community,media,enterprises,andoffspring,and developing the appropriate standards in the implementation process.
