当前县域异常资金跨境流出渠道及特征分析——以杭州余杭区为例

Analysis of the Channels and Characteristics of the Current Abnormal Cross-border Capital outflow in County--A Case of Hangzhou Yuhang

2015年以来,受国内经济下行压力、美联储加息政策、人民币汇率总体贬值趋势影响,我国跨境资金流出压力加大,异常外汇资金流出苗头有所显现。因此,厘清异常资金跨境流出渠道及特征具有积极意义。本文以此为背景,以杭州余杭区为例,对县域经济中存在的异常资金流出渠道进行了归纳,同时结合日常管理经验总结归纳了各渠道的特征,分析外汇资金异常流出的影响,并在此基础上给出相关政策建议。

Since 2015,due to the downward pressure on the domestic economy,the Fed interest rate policy and the overall depreciation of the RMB exchange rate trend,pressure of cross-border capital outflow increased in China,abnormal foreign exchange outflow of capital has emerged.Therefore,it is of positive significance to clarify the channels and characteristics of cross-border outflows of abnormal capital.In this paper,taking Hangzhou Yuhang district as an example,the existence of the county economy in the abnormal capital outflow channels are summarized.combined with the daily management experience the characteristics of various channels are summed up.At last relevant policy recommendations are given based on the analysis of the impact of foreign exchange capital outflow anomalies.
