摘要
目的对源于南极真菌Aspergillus sp.S-3-62的次级代谢产物进行研究。方法采用Sephadex LH-20色谱、反相ODS柱色谱、高效液相柱层析等色谱分析方法,对Aspergillus sp.S-3-62发酵液的乙酸丁酯萃取部位进行系统分离。结果分离得到7个单体化合物。结论化合物1~7分别被鉴定为β-carboline(1),N-(2-Hydroxypropanoyl)-2-aminobenzoic acid amide(2),Cyclo-(Pro-8-hydroxy-Ile)(3),Cyclo-(Pro-Ile)(4),2-Acetyl-4(3H)-quinazolinone(5),4-Hydroxyben-zaldehyde(6)和Benzeneacetic acid,2-hydroxy-1-methylpropyl ester(7)。其中化合物7为新天然产物。
Objective To investigate the secondary metabolites of Antarctic-derived fungus Aspergillus sp.S-3-62.Methods The fermentation broth of the Aspergillus sp.S-3-62 was isolated by various chromatographic methods,such as Sephadex LH-20 chromatography,reverse phase chromatography and HPLC chromatography.The compounds structure were identified on the basis of 1 H,13 C spectral data,and MS and with the relevant literature.Results Seven known compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of Aspergillus sp.S-3-62.Conclusion Compounds 1~7 were identified asβ-carboline(1),N-(2-Hydroxypropanoyl)-2-aminobenzoic acid amide(2),Cyclo-(Pro-8-hydroxy-Ile)(3),Cyclo-(Pro-Ile)(4),2-Acetyl-4(3 H)-quinazolinone(5),4-Hydroxybenzaldehyde(6),and Benzeneacetic acid,2-hydroxy-1-methylpropyl ester(7).Moreover,compound 7 was new natural product.
