我校中医学专业教育理念的思考与实践

The Reflection and Practice on Education Concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine Major in Nanyang Institute of Technology

正确的高等中医学教育理念,既是实施中医学教育的指导原则,又是中医学教育的方向和目标,直接关系到中医学教育改革和人才培养质量。遵循现代高等中医药教育规律和人才成长规律,适应社会对高等中医人才的需求,依托医圣故里深厚的仲景文化优势,提出了"中医教育与人文教育融合、理论教学与临床实践俱重、传承仲景学术与创新精神相济、教师主导与学生主体交互、精湛仁术与高尚仁德并举"的中医学教育理念,从而实现知识、能力、素质协调发展的中医应用型人才培养目标。

The correct concept of higher education of Chinese medicine is both the guiding principles and the goal and direction of Chinese medicine education,which is directly related to the Chinese medicine education reform and personnel quality.Following law of the modern higher education of Chinese medicine and growth law of talents,adapting to the society of Chinese medicine personnel needs,relying on deep Zhang Zhongjing cultural superiority in Nanyang,we proposed education concept of Chinese medicine education.It comprises the fusion of Chinese medicine education and humanistic education,important theoretical teaching and clinical practice,academic thought of Zhang Zhongjing inheritance and the cultivation of the innovation spirit,teacher-guided and student-centered interaction,polished technique and benevolent morals.We realize applied talents cultivation objectives,which are the coordinating development in the knowledge,ability and quality.
