摘要
目的探讨在中医体质辨识基础上应用中医药综合治疗痰湿体质原发性高血压2级患者的临床疗效。方法将60例属于痰湿体质的原发性高血压2级患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规口服西药治疗的基础上应用中医药综合治疗,对照组采用常规口服西药治疗。结果疗程结束后治疗组患者在降压效果上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服西药降压基础上应用中医药综合治疗干预可显著改善痰湿体质原发性高血压2级患者的健康问卷评分,提高降压效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM constitution identification in the treatment of phlegm dampness constitution essential hypertension level 2.Methods 60 cases of phlegm dampness constitution essential hypertension level 2 patients were randomized divided into control group and treatment group.Oral Western medicine treatment was taken in the control group.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on the treatment of the control group.Results Blood pressure in the treatment group was superior to that if the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Oral Western medicine cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly reduce the health questionnaire score of risk phlegm dampness constitution essential hypertension level 2 patients,and improve the antihypertensive effect.
