缩泉贴治疗老年膀胱过度活动症的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Suoquan Paste in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Overactive Bladder Syndrome

目的探讨自制缩泉贴治疗老年膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床疗效。方法收集2016年6月—2017年1月我院收治的淋证(脾肾阳虚型)老年OAB患者74例,随机分为试验组和对照组各37例。试验组给予缩泉贴贴敷肾俞、脾俞及神阙穴;对照组给予无药物成分敷贴贴敷上述相同穴位。2组同时给予常规行为治疗。2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组患者白天排尿次数、尿急次数、夜尿次数、急迫性尿失禁次数以及膀胱过度活动症患者自我评价量表(OABSS)评分。结果经缩泉贴穴位贴敷治疗后,试验组患者在白天排尿次数、尿急次数、夜尿次数、急迫性尿失禁次数等方面均优于治疗前,且优于对照组治疗后效果。试验组患者治疗后OABSS评分(4.6±3.0)分,优于治疗前以及对照组治疗后评分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.012,P=0.009)。治疗过程中2组患者均未见不良反应发生。结论缩泉贴贴敷治疗老年OAB,方法简便,能够有效改善OAB症状,减轻OAB严重程度,提升老年患者的生活质量和治疗依从性,且治疗过程中未见不良反应发生,安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of self-made Suoquan paste in the treatment of elderly patients with overactive bladder（ OAB）.Methods From June 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital,74 cases of elderly patients with OAB（ deficiency of spleen and kidney） were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Suoquan paste sticking Shenshu,spleen meridian and Shenque acupoint.The two groups were treated with conventional therapy.2 weeks was a course of treatment,and the treatment continued 2 courses of treatment.The number of daily urination,urgency of urination,nocturia times,frequency of urinary incontinence and the self rating scale（OABSS score） of overactive bladder were compared between the two groups.Results After the application of Suoquan paste,the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after 24 weeks of treatment,such as the times of urination,urgency of urination,times of nocturia and urge urinary incontinence in the daytime,which was better than that of the control group.After treatment,the OABSS score（4.6 ±3.0） of the patients in the experimental group was better than that before the treatment and the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ t =11.012,P =0.009）.There was no adverse reaction occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Suoquan paste in the treatment of elderly OAB is simple,it can effectively improve the symptoms of OAB,reduce the severity of OAB,improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of elderly patients,and no adverse reactions in the treatment process,and has good safety.
