中西医结合治疗反流性咽喉炎50例

The Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Reflux Pharyngitis for 50 Cases

目的探讨中西医结合治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法选择2016年6月—2017年7月我科室采用柴胡疏肝散+奥美拉唑治疗的50例反流性咽喉炎患者作为研究组,并选择同期单用奥美拉唑治疗的50例反流性咽喉炎患者作为对照组。对比2组临床疗效、最长反流时间和食管p H>4占监测时间的百分比、反流症状评分(RSI)和反流体征评分(RFS)。结果研究组总有效率为96.00%,对照组为86.00%,组间差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.137,P=0.000);研究组立位、卧位最长反流时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组立位食管p H<4占监测时间百分比低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗1月和2月RSI、RFS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散联合奥美拉唑治疗反流性咽喉炎疗效显著,可有效降低最长反流时间、改善临床症状和体征。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of reflux pharyngitis.Methods From June 2016 to July 2017 in our department,50 cases of reflux laryngitis patients treated with Chaihu Shugan powder and omeprazole were selected as the study group.50 cases of reflux laryngitis patients treated with omeprazole treatment of as the control group.The clinical efficacy,the longest reflux time,the percentage of esophageal p H4 in the monitoring time,the RSI reflux symptom score and the RFS reverse fluid score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86%,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（χ^2=7.137,P=0.000）.The standing,supine longest reflux time of the study group were lower than the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（ P0.05）.The orthostatic esophageal p H monitoring time accounted for less than 4 the percentage of the study group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）.After 1 month and 2 months,RSI scores and RFS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group（ P0.05.Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder combined with omeprazole is effective in the treatment of reflux pharyngitis.It can effectively reduce the longest reflux time and improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
