中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛80例的护理研究

Nursing Study on the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris for 80 Cases

目的分析研究中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床护理方法。方法随机将80例接受中西医结合治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者分成试验组和对照组,每组均为40例,2组患者分别采用综合护理和常规护理。结果对照组的临床治疗总有效率为75.0%(30/40),试验组的临床治疗总有效率为95.0%(38/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对冠心病心绞痛患者进行中西医结合治疗时,为其提供科学和有效的护理干预能让临床疗效显著提高,促进患者疾病康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical nursing methods of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods 80 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and each group had 40 cases.The two groups were treated with comprehensive nursing and routine nursing respectively.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75%（30/40）,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%（ 38/40）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris provides scientific and effective nursing intervention,can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the rehabilitation of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
