中医护理对产后泌乳的干预效果研究

Study on the Intervention Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Postpartum Lactation

目的研究与分析中医护理对产后泌乳的干预效果。方法选取我院收治的50例分娩产妇,利用计算机将其随机分组为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取中医护理。观察对比2组泌乳量、喂养率以及护理效果。结果观察组泌乳量、喂养率等,与对照组相比显著较高,且组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理有效率为96.0%(24/25),与对照组80.0%(20/25)相比显著较高,且组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理对产后泌乳干预效果显著,既能显著提高泌乳量以及喂养率,同时还能确保婴儿获得较高的母乳满足率,因此值得推广于临床应用。

Objective To study and analyze the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on postpartum lactation.Methods 50 cases of parturient women who were treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by computer,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The quantity of lactation,feeding rate and nursing effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The lactation and feeding rate the observation group was significantly higher that of the control group（ P〈0.05）,and the difference between groups was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%（ 24/25）,which was significantly higher than 80%（ 20/25） of the control group（ P〈0.05）,and the difference between groups was statistically significant.Conclusion TCM nursing intervention on postpartum lactation has significant effect,which can significantly increase the amount of lactation and the rate of feeding.At the same time,it can also ensure the high rate of breast milk satisfaction in infants.Therefore,it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
