夏黎明治疗肿瘤相关口干症临床经验总结

Clinical Experience of XIA Liming in Treating Cancer-related Xerostomia

从夏黎明教授对肿瘤相关口干症的病因病机认识出发,总结其治疗肿瘤相关口干症的经验。认为治疗重点不但要缓解口干症状,更要了解到此种口干症状以肿瘤疾病为基础的,不能单单的针对口干,整体调整逐渐使机体趋于阴平阳秘的状态。夏教授采取天人合一的整体观,运用中医辨证论治原则,中药之间的配伍原则,在肿瘤相关口干症方面取得较好的临床疗效。

Based on Professor XIA Liming＇s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of cancer-related xe- rostomia, this paper summarizes his experience in the treatment of cancer-related xerostomia. Professor Xia believes that the focus of treatment should not only relieve dry mouth symptoms, but also to understand that dry mouth symptoms are based on tumor diseases. Not only for dry mouth, but also adjust the overall statue to make the body tends to yin and yang state. Professor Xia take anthropo-cosmic theory holistic view and apply the traditional Chinese medicine diagno- sis and treatment principles, the principle of compatibility between Chinese medicine, so that ha has achieved a better clinical efficacy in the treatment of cancer-related dry mouth.
