清养化浊法治疗2型糖尿病合并体位性低血压

Qingyang Huazhuo Method in Treating type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Orthostatic Hypotension

目的:系统评价清养化浊法在2型糖尿病合并体位性低血压的治疗中的作用。方法:选择94例2型糖尿病合并体位性低血压患者随机分成2组,即治疗组(清养化浊方剂)与对照组(米多君片)进行对比治疗。2个疗程后观察患者立位血压数值变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率85.1%,对照组有效率76.6%,停药1月后治疗组有效率74.47%,对照组38.3%,同时立位血压平均数值均高于对照组,经清养化浊法治疗后血压的稳定性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清养化浊法对于2型糖尿病合并体位性低血压的患者改善提升并稳定血压具有优异的效果。

Objective： To systemic evaluate Qingyang Huazhuo method in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with orthostatic hypotension. Methods： 94 patients with type 2 diabetes and orthostatic hypotension were randomly di- vided into 2 groups： the treatment group （Qinghua Huazhao Fang） and the control group （Midodrine tablets） for compar- ative treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the changes of standing blood pressure value was observed. Results： The effective rate was 85.1% in the treatment group and 76.6% in the control group. The effective rate was 74.47% in the control group and 38.3% in the control group after stopping the drug treatment for 1 month, meanwhile the mean blood pressure in the standing position was higher than that in the control group, The blood pressure stability after treatment was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qingyang Huazhuo method has an excellent effect on improving and stabilizing blood pressure in type 2 diabetic patients with orthostatic hypotension.
