补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑中风的效果及对血液流变学指标的影响

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in Treating Ischemic Stroke and the Influence on Hemorheology

目的:分析补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑中风的临床疗效,及对血液流变学的影响。方法:将符合标准的112例缺血性脑中风患者进行分组,对照组56例采用常规西医治疗,观察组56例加用补阳还五汤治疗,观察2组患者治疗后神经功能、临床症状及血液流变学指标改善效果。结果:观察组总有效率92.86%高于对照组76.79%,P<0.05;2组患者血液流变学指标均较治疗前降低,观察组降低的幅度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:常规西医联合补阳还五汤显著改善缺血性脑中风患者的神经功能,降低血液流变学指标水平,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction in treating ischemic stroke and its influence on hemorrheology. Methods： 112 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into two groups according to the standard. 56 cases in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine. 56 cases in the observation group were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction. The neurological function, clinical symptoms and improvement of hemorheology index. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.86% higher than 76.79% in the control group （P〈0.05）. The indexes of hemorheology in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment. The reduction rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The conventional western medicine combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction can significantly improve the neurological function, reduce the level of hemorheology index and improve the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke.
