中医挂线结合对口引流疗法治疗高位肛瘘临床观察

Effect of Hang Line of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with the Counterpart Drainage Therapy on the Patients with High Anal Fistula

目的:评价中医挂线结合对口引流疗法用于高位肛瘘治疗后对患者肛门功能的影响。方法:选取2014年12月-2017年6月合肥市滨湖医院肛肠科收治的高位肛瘘患者66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=33)和试验组(n=33),对照组应用传统低位全部切开高位挂线法进行治疗,试验组应用中医挂线结合对口引流疗法进行治疗,观察并比较2组临床治疗效果、肛门功能恢复效果及创面面积、切口愈合时间。结果:对照组的治疗总有效率与试验组比较,试验组高于对照组,组间具有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组肛门功能异常发生率进行对比,试验组低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组创面面积、切口愈合时间与对照组比较,组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医挂线结合对口引流疗法有利于显著提高高位肛瘘患者临床疗效,降低肛门功能异常发生率,缩短康复时间,值得临床借鉴和深度推广普及。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the anal function of patients after treatment of high anal fistula. Methods ： In December 2014-June 2017, our hospital 66 cases of high anal fistula pa- tients were selected as the research objects, according to random number table method, they were divided into control group （ n = 33 ） and experimental group （ n = 33 ）, the control group used traditional low cut all high hang line method treatment, treatment group application hanging line of traditional Chinese medicine combined with counterpart drain- age therapy treatment, observed and compared lhe clinical therapeutic effect of two groups, the anus function recovery effect and area, incision healing time of the wound. Results ： compared with the control group, the experimental group was higher than the control group, and there was a significant difference between the groups （ P〈0.05 ）. The abnormal incidence of anal function was compared in 2 groups, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. There was a significant difference between the group and the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： hang line of traditional Chinese medicine combined with counterpart drainage therapy is beneficial to improve high anal fistula patients clinical curative effect, reduce the incidence of anal func- tion, shorten the recovery time, and is worthy of reference for clinical and depth of popularization.
