归脾汤治疗老年髋部骨折术后贫血临床观察

Clinical Observation of Guipi Decoction in Treating Anemia in the Postoperation of Senile Hip Fracture Surgery

目的:观察归脾汤治疗老年髋部骨折术后贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的老年髋部骨折术后贫血患者56例,术后第1周在常规西医术后处理基础上加用中药归脾汤治疗,观察治疗前后患者临床症状及血红蛋白的改善情况。结果:贫血症状治愈39例,有效16例,无效1例,总有效率为98.2%;血红蛋白的改善较治疗前无明显变化。结论:归脾汤治疗能有效改善老年髋部骨折术后贫血症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Guipi decoction in treating anemia in the postoperation of se- nile hip fracture surgery. Methods： A total of 56 elderly patients with anemia of hip fracture were selected. One week after the operation, traditional Chinese medicine Guipi decoction was used to treat the patients. The clinical symptoms and hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment. Results： Anemia symptoms were cured in 39 cases, effec- tive in 16 cases, ineffective in l case, the total effective rate was 98.2%; hemoglobin improved no significant change compared with before treatment. Conclusion： Guipi decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of anemia in elderly patients with hip fracture.
