髋关节置换术术后中医护理效果观察

Observation on the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine after hip replacement

目的:深入探讨中医疗法对髋关节置换术后患者恢复的临床护理效果。方法:60例髋关节置换术后患者分为2组,对照组30例采用传统护理方法,研究组30例在传统护理方法的基础上联合中医疗法,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行对比分析研究。结果:观察组在术后低热持续时间、伤口渗出物持续时间、术后疼痛等级和时间、临床护理疗效及降低并发症发生率等都明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医疗法可以明显提高髋关节置换术后恢复的护理疗效,值得推广。

Objective ： To observation the effect of Tcm on postoperative recovery of hip joint replacement. Methods ： 60 cases with femoral neck fracture were selected. They were all given hip joint replacement. They were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each. The two groups were all given conventional nursing. The observation group received Tcm additionally. Results： The low thermal days duration, wound days, local swelling, postoperative pain in the observa- tion group were better than those in the control group, and differences were statisticallt significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclu- sion ： The effect of observation group on postoperative recovery of hip joint replacement is significant.
