中医药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染研究简况

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Junior Recurrent Respiratory Infection

小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)是儿童时期的常见病、多发病,严重影响患儿的身心健康及生长发育。近年来,中医对RRTI防治的研究广泛开展,取得了很大成果,研究结果表明中医药具有整体调节和辨证施治的优点,专方、中成药及外治法也有广泛应用。论文综述了近几年来中医药治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的相关文献,并指出当前的问题及以后的方向。

Children with recurrent respiratory tract infections （RRTI） is a common childhood disease, frequently- occurring disease, seriously affecting children＇s physical and mental health and growth and development. In recent years, research on prevention and treatment of RRTI has been extensively carried out by Chinese medicine practition- ers. Great achievements have been made. The resuhs show that Chinese medicine has the advantages of overall regula- tion and differentiation of symptoms and signs. The prescription, proprietary Chinese medicines and external treatment are also widely used. The paper summarizes the literature about the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections （RRTI） in children in recent years and points out the current problems and future directions.
